Cancellation Policy
Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for choosing Who Did Your Hair for your upcoming appointment. To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we would like to bring your attention to our booking policy: Booking Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount is $50. This deposit is a commitment to your scheduled service and will be deducted from the total cost. Refund Policy: The booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be returned. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients. You are allowed one (1) opportunity to reschedule your appointment without forfeiting the deposit. The rescheduled appointment must be within 24hrs from the original date. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not rescheduled within the allowed timeframe, the booking deposit will be forfeited. A new booking deposit will be required for any future appointments. How to Reschedule: To reschedule your appointment, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at 678-409-4764. Ensure to provide at least 24hr notice before the original appointment time.
